According to Google Translate it means : photograph misleading; door heads not included, so he has a complaint, you could try opening a case through eBay Resolution Centre?

sure, you can ask, but unless the contents breach eBay policy, they won't remove it.

ah. that is better. he didn't compliant directly with me or ebay but left feedback so it is clealerly he didn't read the headline or description

chances are he couldn't and so relied on the pictures. Unfortunately being able to read/write English is not a prerequisite for using eBay Australia.

What sort of case do you recommend the OP open? Given eBay cases have nothing that would help in getting feedback revised or removed.
In fact, from a seller's point of view the resolution centre is for non-payment or mutual cancellation. Period. Nothing about feedback.

Didn't the recent change in policy regarding pictures state that only the items that are actually for sale should be shown? If that is the case then the buyer has a perfectly valid complaint and the OP is lucky it wasn't a neg.

I don't have to justify my thought processes to you, thought police? If the Seller is willing to investigate the problem he can open a RETURN FOR REFUND case and he can request the Buyer to revise the feedback, I have revised neutral feedback for Sellers before. So????

Pardon me for stating facts. You DID state the eBay resolution centre,so my point stands.
There is no such thing as a seller initiated return for refund case in eBay. The BUYER can open a SNAD with PAYPAL.

Strange, I have just closed one of those cases... but then I sell clothes ......perhaps we are not referring to the same Auctioneer....
Oh God.... the thought police, you always have to JUSTIFY everything you say and think, just GET OFF my case, LEAVE ME ALONE!!! Go bother someone else or respond directly to the the OP.
