i was re listed my item for a reason of not paying buyer and my item was sold for the second time

I sold my re listed item for only 1100 australian dollar, ebay charge me more than 20% for my selling price. pls review this charge again my selling item

Did you put in an UnPaid Item claim against the non-payer OR ask the non-payer to agree to a mutual cancellation?  If you did, your Final Value Fees would have been refunded on the first listing.  If you did not, then you would have been charged 9.9% on both listings.
