installing turbo lister, where is it?

Can anyone tell me where to find Turbo Lister please?   The one I have installed, from 2013 is not going properly

Thank you everybody for all your suggestions and help, and sorry to be so late in answering.   

I've had a busy time and only just got around to deleting the old version and re-installing the new version today.

When I deleted the old version I noticed that it was first installed in 2007!!    So I think it was about time for a replacement.
