Selling Manager Pro
When you scroll to the blue part, a small pop up appears and shows some junk crappy website. The same thing hapens to me on the community boards over any random word
Does this mean I have a virus or something?
I also have and orange/gret rectangle box that appers on the bottom right corner that I cant get a rid of

Sounds like a browser hijacker.

I'm not sure if the first part (e.g. some words becoming links) is spam or not but it does happen sometimes on various credible websites. It's a form of advertising that just picks up on various words in a blog or an article, etc.
The orange square (next to Subscrie to RSS at the top) is the RSS logo. It's official and not anything to be concerned about. Sometimes links have their official logo next to them and sometimes the link is the logo. On blog sites for example, you'll find alot of little logos like that, which people know and use to share things.

Run a full scan for adware etc with whatever internet security you have - Malawarebytes is free and quite good, but the scans can take a loooooong time. (I did one yesterday after some start-up issues - wanted to be thorough. Less than an hour for a full system scan on my standard security suite, then 2.5 hours with Malawarebytes :_| ).

Only ever started after I downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials
I did a virus can the other night and after 6 hours, was still going:_|
Might just let it run all night tonight

The only other thing I can suggest is to google keywords - the name of what's appearing, the website and the issue with the ad appearing. You may find some help articles or threads on other forums that have advice on how to fix or remove.
My sympathies on the scan time 😮 😛 If you don't have it already, something like CCleaner could help (also a free download), it's quite good at some of the upkeep tasks, getting rid of irrelevant and useless files on your computer, and that can sometimes help make things run faster / smoother if it hasn't been done for a while.

I find my scans run a lot faster when I remember to delete my old TL backup files. They take forever to scan.
