hi guys can someone please let me know, eBay have billed me now fee for an item I cancelled nicely with the buyer because they said they bid on it by mistake (don’t know how that possible).. can some please let me know how do i contact eBay because they seem to keep charging me fees and they take it out and then they say they will just give me credit next time.. I do not want this and want a refund on money I just paid. I live in Australia.. I find ebay are very quick to charge and not easy to contact.
Did you cancel the sale officially through ebay, or only in messages with the buyer? You won't get the fees back unless you go through the proper cancellation process, and if you do that it usually happens automatically.
