today i receive the email from united states of ebay, they told us the best match system has crashed and they will fix it asap. this is the reason why curently immediately drop of sale in the current few weeks.

I have had two emails from eBay today after I had emailed them about this problem, the people that emailed me seem to have no idea.

it is useless to contacct the customer support in phillips, they are all bull**bleep**, you should contact the cstomer support in united states

I go with the flow, which is not to assume that any buyer with a couple of neurones would ever consider relying on 'best' match.
