Could somebody please advise on how to 'ADD' the option of "make offer" to an auction format listing. The listing page has no box to tick. Only if I make the format Fixed Price will it allow me the choice.
I am not a new seller. Thanks in advance

Maybe some do but Kopes tried it and it wouldn't work.

Thanks kollector, appears it is now available but not to me or padi. Ganging up on the muskateers...............is like playing with fire.
It's either taking time to become active for all members or perhaps only available in some categories.
I would guess if a bid is placed the best offer disappears same as a BIN.

No I meant I am the seller, but I have been selling for years (not a newbie). Apparently, the 'make offer' is added to new ebay members. I actually want to add it to some of my listings but cannot. Here is an example - item number 202323612262
I just want to know how to do it, even customer service can't answer my question. Hoping someone can, thanks

As far as ebay is concerned, on this ID, you are a newbie.
Ebay, in their infinite wisdom are adding best offer to newbies' listings to sell them
quickly.
They don't care if it's what you want or not.
I think they add it. Don't think you can.
Put up another listing and I bet it will appear.

- Choose whether to list your item as an auction-style or fixed price format on the quick listing form - opens in new window or tab.
- Under More options, select Allow offers.
- Choose whether you want to set up automatic responses to offers.
- Complete the rest of your listing.
