Gift cards can be listed as long as you meet all of the following requirements:
The card's dollar amount is $500 or less.
You have the card in hand at the time you list it, and you must ship within 5 days of the date your item was purchased.
You offer only one gift card per listing.
You have only one gift card listing at a time, even if you have more than one eBay account.
At our discretion, we may approve authorized resellers or direct suppliers to list gift cards without these restrictions.

So the seller has three of the listed.
That seems to be against one of the riles above.

The cards are also the corporate gift cards which means that only a business is able to purchase these cards so the seller must have a business, the average person can not purchase these type of cards.

I can't vouch for the David Jones cards but the Myer one looks genuine to me. I have one exactly like that....it was a gift from a family member and bought at Myer in the city.
