When she has attempted to pay she receives the message "The sellers cant accept payments right now. Contact them for help."
anybody has any experience with and how to resolve it?

Have you upgraded your PayPal to "Premier"? You need to upgrade it to be able to accept payments. If the cart doesn't work, check your PayPal account.

Thank-you for your replies - apparently the issue was one of emails - I had updated my email with paypal but had not changed it on the listing.
