You are logged into eBay.com.au to post here on the member to member forum for eBay Australia

Are you also logged into ebay.com.au when you are trying to sell?

You need to log out of eBay Australia and log into eBay for your country

You will not get an option to post from Thailand on eBay Australia

As you have been advised twice already

Log out of ebay Australia (log out of ebay.com.au)

Log into to eBay for your country (the eBay you went on to open your account with)

You will not see any other option on ebay.com.au other than for posting within Australia 

It is a different site than the one you are currently logged into

twyngwyn has now given you the link for eBay Thailand. That is where you need to log in, not on eBay.com.au where you are now

The majority of sellers in Thailand  list on ebay.com but you'll need to meet all criteria when registering  to sell

Or, if you go to eBay Sites  at the  bottom of the page, use the drop down options to find a site best suited to you.
