Hello all i am thinking about closing my store i haven"t done anything with it lately for health reason but with the new policies for top seller status do you have to give money back 30 days if your items are say garden plants or second hand items.

One requirement for your items to have the Premium Service badging is to offer 30 day money back returns. If that doesn't suit what you sell then you can set your own Returns policies and if you still meet the other requirements you will maintain your TRS.

From what I've read TRS listings with or without the Premium badge have better placement in Best Match search rankings over non-TRS listings. And it shouldn't make any difference to search results whether you have a store or not.

When we changed all our listings to comply with and get the Premium Service badge we were not able to see any observable improvement in search rankings or sales volume.

That's exactly why we didn't change any.
