negative feedback due to lost of the parcel

I receive quite a few negative feedback because the buyer told me they did not recieve their parcel while the system shows delivered.

What should i do for these? i then got bad and angry feedback and sometime, the buyer asked me to refund.

I lost money and my rating dropped....

Iam very disappointed and i feel like it's not safe to sell on ebay, and not able to make money on ebay platform.

Very disapointing

Was this on another account you have?

The one you are posting on shows you had two negs, and they are not recent and neither are 'angry'

Of course negs drop your rating, you will go back to 100% though once it has been a year since the negs were left

Re: negative feedback due to lost of the parcel

Likely the items are stolen from the doorstep where items are often left because Australia Post and Couriers do not know what a safe place is.  I find that Couriers are the worst.  I only use Australia Post and make all listings "signature on delivery"  to avoid this problem.  Parcels then have to be handed to a person, or a card left to pick up at the Post Office.  It costs $2.95 per parcel for this and the buyer pays.  If by chance they have a parcel locker, then I just refund that cost.  As a buyer, my experience is that I can be home, door is open, plenty of safe spots, especially set up behind pot plants or on the verandah, yet parcels are constantly dumped on my doorstep in plain view of the street and not only that, I consider it could be a dangerous hazard to anyone elderly or with poor sight to have things left on the steps. No one even calls out or rings the bell, and I may be only a few feet away.  I recently saw a delivery over the road from me by a Courier.  It was raining and he just dropped the parcel over the fence onto the lawn, when they had a covered patio section just a few steps away.

I don't understand this post.    My understanding is that ebay will support you if you can show your item was delivered, and will remove any feedback that says otherwise.

Item delivery issues

We remove neutral/negative feedback when the buyer is referencing:

  • A delivery issue where tracking shows us that the delivery or handling time expectations were met

Porch Pirates perhaps used to be an opportunistic one of, a passerby spots a package and takes it. In the US; however, it's professionals, a driver and a grabber, driving around the suburbs looking to take any unattended package, or specialists who follow the UPS van waiting to see an iphone sized packaged get dropped off and then go and take it.

My thinking? The instances of porch theft in Oz are going to become much worse
