I just got a letter parcel it had sydney water  and on the right postage paid australia, on the back it had many ways to pay your bill.

well I dont live in sydney ,but it was addressed to me ,I opened it and it was a parcel I ordered from a seller in nsw. he used there paid envelope from sydney water which he got his bill in .

I pick a standard envelope, no utility, unless you pick Australia Post as the utility/deliverer of the plain package.

Still waiting to find out what the prize is.  Would be nice to know before the competition concludes.

You can make it permanent by simply leaving it alone. As far as your letter is concerned, what do you want to do with it - do you want to post an image of it in your message or what?

In that case, you need to either scan or take photographs of both letters, then insert them into your message using the "insert/edit image" button on your message editor's menu bar (it's the 9th button from the left and looks like a jagged mountain peak).
