I just got a letter parcel it had sydney water  and on the right postage paid australia, on the back it had many ways to pay your bill.

well I dont live in sydney ,but it was addressed to me ,I opened it and it was a parcel I ordered from a seller in nsw. he used there paid envelope from sydney water which he got his bill in .

Hmmmmm sounds to me that this person probably does this often - as long as they are absolutely certain they address the item correctly ........ then it won't be returned to Sydney Water, NAB, Telstra & many charities or whoever. I probably get a "postage page australia" envelope twice a week ........ Using it to send to anyone else is stealing and should be reported with pics.

Very strange goings on indeed with the envelopes.

Maybe it's people sending payment by cheque to Sydney Water,

in their pre-paid envelope, and that's why they're opened and have to be re-sealed.

He works there.     Which was bake's theory, wasn't it?

it looks like it  if cq gets there envelope in sydneywater well thata 101% correct, but theres still something wrong why is it still getting thru, arnt they laser -proofed or something ,maybe someone from aust post can explain

This eBay member may even work in the mail section of Sydney Water ........... perfect situation !!!!! Wow - I learn so much from these threads.
