overseas buyers buying items only for oz buyers

hi i put an old laptop and ipad 1 for sale i specifically said no overseas buyers the laptop and ipad have sold 3 times to overseas buyers 2 from america and 1 from uk how do i cancel the sale so i dont keep getting charged ebay listing fees because i listed them as buy it now any help would be appreciated thanks

If you don't want oversea buyers buying your items you need to exclude postage locations. Otherwise whether you mention no oversea buyers in description or not oversea buyers can click buy it now button.

Click create exclusion list.

And tick all countries.

Your ' buyers' have all been Nigerian Scammers.

Have no further contact with them and as a precaution , run all your spyware, keylogging and virus protection and change your passwords,(something which should be done on a regular basis anyway)

You dont need to create an exclusions list! You only need to select "no international postage" period
