recently a lot of changes on ebay and paypal regarding refund to buyers.
one buyer put in a request for refund and i noticed that the paypal payment was held immediately. and i responded and no news from the buyer anymore.
suddently i found that the payment was refunded to the buyer today already??? without any notice either from ebay for paypal???
and in the ebay resolution center the status is still under review??
very confused and scared that in the future buyer can just request and without any explanation opportunity, the payment will be just refunded without buyer returning the goods???
