postage rates

There does not seem to be any area where we can add shipping rates on our listings in sellers hub. keep coming up as free shipping when we go live with a listing and no way to change it.

also can not find a contact email or ay support other then searching through 100s of articles

A bit unclear on your problem, I just put up a new listing and it still has the Postage option where I can select Free or set my own rate,  or pick a policy.

Maybe a bit more detail is required for us to help

You should be able to change it by using  edit listing,  I think you have to uncheck the  free post box before it will allow new options.

Note going from memory, have not had to do it for quite a while, so could be wrong.
