problems with the automatic (3) free re-lists coming off the 100 free listings

Anyone else having problems with the automatic (3) free re-lists coming off the 100 free listings that started today? .

Seems to be some sort of glitch

Replying here as you were the last poster.

I've had no issues with listings ending and then auto relisting.  Not one on either of my id's has taken any off the 100 free.  

I guess my two id's just haven't been caught in this eBay glitch loop.  Hope I haven't put fingers to keyboard too soon!!

I had a few auto relist on Friday night with no problems. Last night 3 auto relisted and it took them from my 100. I had 4 others that were due to auto relist, so I cancelled the auto relist on those. I have quite a few ending tonight, but only a few have free relists left, so I'll let the first one go through and see what happens. If it steals one of my promotional freebies, I'll cancel the others and then relist manually. Yes, it still uses up a promotional freebie, but I then get another 3 free relists.

So can someone tell me - does it always re-list with quantity as 1 regardless of original listed quantity ?

No it should relist with the quantity remaining that weren't sold. If its relisting with 1 available I suggest you contact ebay customer service and ask them whats going on, goodluck.

Did the item relist as an Auction or Buy It Now.  If it relisted as an Auction thats why it is Quantity 1.  You can only have multiples in Buy It Now..

Thanks sparrow.  No, they were originally BIN's and still are ???  Looks like a case of more time wasted & will have to ring CS - how annoying !  Once again good on ya ebay - thanks heaps

this is happening to me as well, i have lost so far 20 of my free 100 listings,,,,,,, not happy!  ebay better fix this damn qucik

i have called twice, the first time the person tried telling me i relisted a day or two ago and it took a while for the listing to start.  then they also tried telling me that someone else could have listed these listings without my knowledge.  Seems like they are grasping at straws.  They also said that some new sellers do get relistings taken off their free 100 listings,,,,,  I honestly think they dont know what they are talking about, and that it is just a sham.  The second time the person on chat basically said to write an email, they didnt mention a lot of people were having this problem, which is nice of them to withold.  In any case, I now wait 2 days for them to reply, and also watch as my listings dwindle as more items finish.  I really want to swear but I shall refrain. For them not to reimburse free listings is sad, there is no way I am paying for listings either way so they are just missing out on money from me selling my goods!
