promotion not showing

 Hi,

I am trying to set up a Boxing Day special. The Promotions manager says it is active (set up over 2hrs ago). But the listing does not show the $ discount?

Any ideas?

Some of the promotions do not allow any price change in the last 7 days on a listing. I have found them confusing at times to set up due to the lack of information why they do not work.

Just as an aside, you're wasting money on paying for a store.

Having a store doesn't get you any higher in the pecking order.

High sales volume does though.

You only have one item for sale, and you're paying extra for a sub-title as well.

As for the promotion, dunno, but ebay is giving your buyers $40 off anyway.

Hi Scott,

I can't help but notice that you have zero feedback and are selling a $400 item. I get that you are trying to set up a brand image, but many buyers would hesitate to purchase. You might want to consider selling off your old DVD collection or something so that buyers can see that you have actually shipped some items. Some higher value items like an old smartphone would help too. Save the branding for your web site.
