If you are sending on regular basis then might pay you to open "Mypost Business" account.
You can print labels there, and discount is available based on your volumes that you send, and the area you are posting to.
Also, this would give you an alternative label option for when Ebay has a problem, or vice versa.
Always good to have a backup, especially getting ready for the Christmas period.
