Hi guys,
I have had to return one item to its seller and asked for a refund. All went well, the seller gave me a return shipping label, I posted it back to thgem and after they got the item I received my refund. What is strange in all this? I will tell you, the weirdest thing has come with an eBay email about the refund. I quote almost all of it below and only removed personal details
"
Hi ....,
The seller accepted your return ......, and refunded you AU $XX.XX It should be available in your PayPal account.
You don't need to return this item to the seller - you can keep the item. ........."
Am I in a bad dream or ebay actually tells me as a buyer to do a completelly wrong thing for real?

you may be right. It is just when I recently processed my own return for my customer through eBay I did not notice any option where I can say if my customer can keep their item or not.
