OP, the policy on this is clear.
❝We don't allow counterfeit items, replicas or unauthorised copies to be listed on eBay.
Items sold using a brand name or a brand logo must be original and made by the brand or manufactured on their behalf.
Software, music, movies and other media must be original and not unauthorised copies.
Counterfeit products are illegal and not allowed on eBay. These items may infringe on someone's copyright or trademark.
Whether listed as a joke or as a deception, or even as a “thought it might be genuine but am not sure”, items that are knockoffs, fakes, replicas, unauthorised copies etc are just not permitted on eBay. They are illegal to sell. It exposes both seller and buyer to civil faction with significant fines, or even to criminal charges under the Trade Marks Act 1995.
You may want to try jokes along the lines of a whoopee cushion instead…? 🤡🃏
