im complaining about the fact buyers can simply make something up so they can return an item. plus if the item description clearly advises an item for sale may require servicing and once they receive it they make up reason to return it does not work, ebay simply side with the buyer.the seller has very limited backing from ebay. no matter what you put in the description, it makes no difference if a buyer puts in a return case as item will be returned whether seller likes it or not
