I have had two different buyers from SAingapore recently, both with no feedback and both saying they couldnt pay by my paypal account, one of these now gone into unpaid

Don't click on any link they may provide, even if it does look like ebay UK

I am not sure how 'new' it is, but it does seem to be becoming more and more common

I've had this scam tried on me about 10 times in the past 2 months, always a new ebay id from Singapore.
Reported it 4 times to ebay, they have done nothing to stop it so far.
