sell an item view all different, finding it had to revise this afternoon

help - thought friday gremlins but its thurs!

I clicked sell similar to list an item.  I get some boxy template which is very hard to get into some sections to edit!  how to I get my original view back please... anyone else having this issue, say this afternoon?

only way I could edit some info was on my mobile app but not all.

eg I am attempting to edit comments in the condition area, but once clicking revise I only get pull down standard menus, nowhere to comment.

Yea I think ebay is getting a head start of freaky friday. I got a message sayin a buyer had opened an item not recieved case. Went to my ebay and it also shows I have a case open but when I click on it it saiys there no cases open. When I go to 'respond now' in the actual message I go through all the steps and send a message except when I hit send it says I dont have authorisation to use that function. I also got an invoice for last months fees so ...luckily the billing system is still working fine !!!   😛
