Yes - the currency of your listings is determined by the site you list on, so if you list on eBay Australia, your listings will be in in Australian dollars, and to list in US dollars you need to list on the US site (ebay.com). All you need to do is make sure you're signed into eBay.com when you create listings. 

 

Listing on other sites will mean that your items will be subject to different policies, as well, so make sure you read up on ebay.com's policies.

as d.g has said above, not only do different sites have different policies, they also have very different FEES. so make sure you know exactly what you are doing, and how to cover the postage side of things, before you attempt international site sales.
