A brand new seller, selling shoes for that price (any item for that price) especially overseas
That is begging for trouble
It is a scammer's dream come true
Have you read up on what to do if things go wrong?
And have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments?

Have you even read the help guide on Authentication?
Read the whole article as it will clearly mention that when you sell an eligible item, you will not see the buyers address, but instead you will get the address of the authentication centre.
And as mentioned, are you fully signed up for managed payments, both ID and bank verified in order to see your money?

??
Your listings state you only post to Australia.
If your buyer is in England, then I would cancel using 'trouble with buyer's address'
to get your fees back

Sorry to say, but you're a new seller with high priced items, and are going to be a total magnet for scammers, especially since you have no idea what you're doing.
If your buyer is overseas, it should not have been possible for them to purchase as your listings are for Australia only - please clarify.
Perhaps come back to the forums and explain your situation a bit better, but it might be prudent to cancel the sale depending on what other information you provide.
PS: it doesn't matter that you say no returns on your listings - if any buyer opens a dispute against you, you will be forced to take a return, or refund them. Ebay policy trumps your own requirements.
