Hi
Im really new to selling on Ebay and I have a problem
I sent an item to a PO box which is the address supplied to me by paypal.
When at look at the Aus Post tracking site it says it is awaiting collection at the post office since Thursday.
I have contacted the seller and they say they have checked their PO box and no item and no card advising them of the item.
Who do I contact to sort this out?
Thanks

If the buyer has the tracking number, tell them to print the page from the Aussie Post website that says it is at the post office waiting for collection, take it to the post office and then the post office has to chase it from there.
I had the same thing happen to me and it is an issue for Australia Post to resolve. They have probably misplaced the item and need to get off their backside to find it. That is what we pay registered post fees for, so we know where the item is. If their system says they have it then it is up to them to prove otherwise.

Just tell the buyer to ask at his post office. It is not unknown for the staff to forget to put the card in the box.
There is nothing further that you can do. Did you give the buyer the tracking number? He can check for himself that the item is awaiting collection if he does not believe you.

Hi and thanks for replying
Yes she has the tracking number.
Can I get Aus Post to look into it as the buyer has sent me an email saying she has been to the post office on a daily basis and was wondering just where it is awaiting collection.
