John, I can see your logo when I click onto your store, but not when I view your items.
I note though that you use Auctiva and Turbolister. I understand that Turbolister support has been discontinued by eBay. Re Auctiva, I know that some sellers love using it, but a lot of buyers do not like it as it crowds the listed item's "real estate" (the space on the page) and takes longer for web browsers to render.
The way that you have set up your listings forces potential buyers to have to click onto the "see full description" button, which then opens in another page. This is defintely something that would annoy potential buyers.
Is it possible that you're using images and templates that are hosted by a non-secure third party site? For instance, are your links to http://[etc] rather than to https://[etc]?
Can you re-think your item listings without using Auctiva and Turbolister?
I don't think the lack of your logo on your items is the main concern. I'd be far more worried about potential buyers being forced to go to a new page just to read the item description...
