Sold anything so far this easter friday or saturday? If so check your oder details to see if Ebay have taken any account of holidays not being business days. Given earliest verified lodgement will be tuesday. i I think I will just express holiday period sales.

Lane, it was mentioned on the boards the other day that ebay does seem to be taking the holiday period into account with their estimated delivery dates.

I saw that post also - save your hard earned $'s lane

Then again, I just ran a couple of checks on my own items (which have 2 day handling) by changing the Post Codes and I'm getting some strange results - It is showing postage from Qld : to Vic estimated Fri 01/04 - Tues 05/04 to SA 04/04 - 06/04 BUT to WA 01/04 - 07/04 What tha ? To my own postcode 01/04
Well I've only had 3 sales, one of which was a reasonably large order (by my usual standards), so once completed on Friday night I messaged and thanked her & just said out local PO was not opening Saturday morning, so I would be posting Tuesday - she was happy with that and that's all that matters to me - I will fight eBay yet again I suppose if needs be, like the debacle with Australia Day, because it will be going Registered, so lodgement date will give me a Defect since it won't be within 2 days !
Don't you just love this place - NOT
I've given up stressing, just take each day as it comes now and deal with the issues when & if they arise. I'm sick of worrying about what might or might not happen - life's too short

I sold an item today and the delivery time is 4th to 6th of April,(so 7 business days not 5- 6 as in the listing).
I'll be posting on Tuesday.

We've had a few sales. Not startling but some.
I think they are taking the Easter hols into account on their EDD's.
One order we have today is going to Ipswich from us here in Caboolture.
It's perhaps a 2-hour drive from us and the EDD is 4th-5th April.
We have a 3-day handling time. So that seems pretty reasonable even without a priority sticker.

Item bought and paid for last night. regional NSW to Bundaberg 5th to 12 April.
Items bought last weekend, paid for Thursday night regional NSW to (a different) regional NSW, 6th to 12 April
Item bought and paid Thursday night, regional NSW to regional Tassie, 5th to 12th April.
Obviously there is no rhyme or reason to their dates, but it seems to me that for once the have taken into consideration the long weekend.

Exactly, I had to laugh when I saw delivery from Qld to Vic, WA and my own suburb the same . . . . . .
Qld : to Vic estimated Fri 01/04 - Tues 05/04 to SA 04/04 - 06/04 BUT to WA 01/04 - 07/04 and to my own postcode 01/04
I guess it could be worse though

I think my 5 day handling time helps ๐
