Have you re-sent the invoice?

Have you sent a message to the buyer and ask if they got the invoice ok?

How long ago did they buy the item?

If it's the phone, it only sold early this morning.

They've probably toddled off to work and will look in tonight.

Being a bit impatient, methinks.

eBay sellers cannot open a case for unpaid item until 4 days after sale.

Then the buyer has a further 4 days to pay.

So in effect a buyer on eBay has 8 days to pay for an item.

I usually give buyers 5 days before I open a case if it is an auction.
