spanish buyer in Mexico, l cannot understand his email

A buyer from Mexico bought items from me. He bought 2 CDs in one purchase, and then 5 hours later bought another two,

These items are a PDF Operation Manual on CD. l asked him in an email if he was sure that he wanted to buy 4 of these CDs

l wrote- l have two emails from Ebay, to say you bought this item Two times for 2 CDs that means you want 4 CDs?

One purchase was 21:38 (12 hours ago) the other one was 15:11 (19 hours ago) ​Is this correct that you want 4 CDs?

Please let me know as my husband just took your first purchase to the Post Off…

When l got his reply l cannot understand what he says even though l used google translation. 'Hola si compre 4 en total'

So presumed Yes he wanted 4 CDs, so l sent him the invoice for the second purchase,

then l got an email back form him 'Me aparecen solo dos confirmados A ustedes que les aparece'

l can not work out what he means, he has not paid the second invoice,

so l asked him to cancel the transaction through Ebay 'cancel transaction'

This was yesterday morning, and l have not heard anything back from him,

So l wrote again and asked if he can find someone that speaks English to try and sort this out, still no email back form him,

l tried to contact him through his Paypal email and the email was return 'undeliverable'.

Is there anyone that speaks or understands Spanish that can help me, thanks

I speak very little Spanish but recently spent several weeks in South America staying with non-english speakers so had to try to decipher conversations frequently which was interesting and sometimes hilarious.

I think what they are saying is they only received one confirmation? Maybe resend the invoice through eBay?

 'Hola si compre 4 en total' means "Hello, Yes I purchased 4 in total."

'Me aparecen solo dos confirmados A ustedes que les aparece' means "I only have two purchases confirmed/I'm only getting two confirmations.  What information are you getting at your end."  (some of these terms refer to the item in question - the CDs/the purchases)

He agrees that he's purchased 4 CDs.  He's also confirmed he's received 2 purchase confirmations.  Sounds like he's confused about the number of CDs in each transaction.

I've just had another thought (sorry, I do speak Spanish, but even in English in would be difficult to determined what someone is referring to by 'they' or 'it' if they don't clarity (item in question).  

Me aparecen solo dos confirmados A ustedes que les aparece'  'I'm getting only two confirmed.' It actually sounds like he's only getting two CDs confirmed, rather than 2 transactions.

So you think l should cancel the application to 'cancel the transaction' and send him the invoice again, 

l have just had a look about and l cannot see where to cancel the request to cancel the transaction....goodness me.

l will try google translation again to tell me l have two purchase notifications, but l already told him that....

Ok l wrote to him

He wrote back and from what l can pick up on, he only wanted 2 CDs not 4

so l am trying to ask him to agree to cancel the second transaction

from the email Ebay sent him requesting to Cancel,

This now seems to be the hardest part to get him to understand he has to do this.....

In the last few days he has bought a few items, l dont know if anyone else is having any problems

but not by his feedback, its all good....
