Does any one else feel that the new change regarding the tracking numbers is extreme and never having an issue feel like you have been thrown under the bus with the worst of the rule benders on ebay?

There are legitimate reason for not getting your tracking number up loaded within the 2-3 day setting i have and now it's like an axe coming down assuming the worst . And now ebay has declared a new way to launder our hard earned by excessively with holding it. My question is what are they doing with it ?? floating it on short term markets ???

As every seller knows, eBay is all about the buyers positive experience. Just add the tracking number or sell untracked. Its up to you if you want to sell on eBay, and if you do, you play by their rules.

Where is it illegal for eBay to use the money they are holding? What law does that fall under? If it's an Australian law, it doesn't mean anything. As they've show many times in the past, eBay couldn't care less about Australian laws. They process their payments in Hong Kong.

To be fair he got feedback bombed by one guy with 6 negs, Ebay should have removed some of them, but ohwell
