trying to contact a seller on the uk ebay site

hi, i'm trying to contact a seller with an item on the UK ebay site but nothing i do will let me. i get blocked at every turn. i have never delt with this seller, it seems to be an ebay block. all i want to know is would he be willing to post the item to australia. not a big deal.

I am also able to contact seller. I can’t see Australia on his exclusion list though.

ok, after several more attempts finally got around the blocks and sent the seller a message, fingers crossed 1 i get a reply and 2 he will sell the item to me as its the one piece of my restoration i need. these cars are very hard to find spare parts for.
