Do all these scam buyers have 0 or very low feedback (less than say 5)? If so, if you set your buyer requirement blocks, it should hopefully stop them. if they have phone verified their account or have opened a PayPal account it won't stop them, but still worth a try.
Click on this link to set blocks. Set the others up while you're there, like blocking people with more than 2 unpaid item strikes in 12 months. http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
As the camera sold for a large amount, you will be paying a LOT of fees on that if the buyer doesn't pay. On the 15th May, open up an unpaid item dispute, then go back exactly 4 days later (to the time, not the date, so if you open the dispute on the 15th at 8.02pm, the earliest you can close it is 8.02pm on the 19th), and close it. That will get you the fees back that you paid on the item.
If you're not sure how to open a dispute, go to the item on your selling page and click the down arrow at the right. Then select "resolve a problem". On the next screen, select "I sold an item and haven't been paid" and submit. The next page will ask you to confirm. The dispute is now open and the buyer has 4 days to pay.
If they don't, go back to the dropdown next to the listing and select "close case". The next screen will take you to the resolution centre and the dispute will be towards the bottom. On the right, click the dropdown and select the option to get your fees back (can't remember exactly what it's called, but you'll know it when you see it).
On the next screen, select no (the buyer hasn't paid) and then close case. If the option to select no is greyed out, check the top of the page as it will tell you the earliest you can close the dispute. Go back then and close it.
Do this for any other scammers that try to pull that stunt. You get your fees back, they get a strike against their account.

Go into your account -> site preferences -> selling preferences -> postage preferences -> exclude locations from your listings
Exclude all locations other than Australia
While you're in account settings you may as well set up your blocks for buyers who have too many unpaid item strikes as well.

I had to throw both of them outside, even though it's raining. They were gassing me out of the house. It was even worse when the 2 big ones were inside too and all 4 were hard at it!!
I didn't realise the OP had already asked about this. Interesting that they have 2 different names and addresses, yet the item is only showing as sold once in their sold items. That's a bit concerning! I like the suggestion on the answer page about setting it for immediate payment. I didn't think of that when I wrote my first reply.

They know all about dropping the puppy dog eyes on me, especially the little ewe. She's the 2015 puppy dog eyes champion! She's back inside eating lucerne chaff, the boy lamb is outside again. I mentioned it was bed time, so he took off outside. If it wasn't so wet and cold I'd leave him out there, but the little ewe would spend the night going off her nut being on her own.
It's about an hour since I started this post and now it now looks like it could be a long night. The boy lamb is trying to bloat I think. Why do these things always happen of a night or weekend? He seems to be a bit more comfortable since I shoved a bottle of bi-carb down his throat, so I'm hoping I've caught it in time.
OP, glad to be of help. Take notice of the suggestion about listing the item where the buyer has to pay immediately on purchase. That stops a lot of the scammers, because they have no intention of paying. It also means if the buyer doesn't pay, the camera stays listed. I have to say, whoever ends up buying it, they're getting a bargain! If I didn't get one for my birthday last year (a D3200), I would have had a closer look at it.
I also meant to say to you, good on you for being so vigilant and not falling for the message. It's easy for new sellers to fall into that trap. Stick around on the forums, you can learn a LOT from the experienced people here.
