unable to use the font colouring option in the description option

I cannot utilise the font Colour option when printing in the Description Page when compiling a Selling description.

Any advice will be very much appreciated.

i haven't been able to use it either. I thought perhaps its  for Stores use  only.

Maybe I'm behind the latest Ebay changes, but I up until December last year, there was no problems using the option.

Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me.

I find these changes, if they ARE changes, rather frustrating.
