I have been waiting for payment from a customer for more than 2 weeks. I have sent them a message and received no response from them and have also opened up a case against them and yet nothing is happening. I haven't heard anything from them, what do i do?

If you opened an unpaid item dispute then you wait 4 full days and then you close it, you get your fvf back and the buyer gets an unpaid item strike.
I don't wait that long, they get a reminder by way of the invoice on day 3 and then I open the dispute at the end of day 4.

If a full 4 days has passed since you opend the case, you need to manually close it (it should go from saying sometyhing like "awaiting payment" to "receive fee credit" when you can close the case). Once you indicate that payment hasn't been received and close the case, the buyer will receive a strike on their account (not visible, but may stop them from purchasing from sellers who block buyers with 2 or more strikes), and your final value fee will be credited back.
You can then relist the item, if you wish.
