I need to cancel a sale without a refund through Ebay ,as I already refunded with Paypal...I had to cancel sale because of item damage but Ebay want to refund through them .
As I refunded the customer through Paypal I dont want to refund him double...Not sure what to do.

You really have no idea what went down with this sale. The buyer was very aggressive. He ended up getting his record free..
The what ..was because your comment had nothing had nothing to do with my original question.

So getting back to the question - the buyer received the goods, asked for a refund because of damage, and you refunded through paypal? And now ebay are also asking for a refund?
Probably the best action is to get ebay help to call you and explain what happened.

Seems to be a recurring theme with their posts - don't take it personally!

I certainly would not have given such a person a green tick and risked my account by leaving a false positive
I hope you did indeed put them on your BBL so they can't try the same trick again
I agree with getting eBay to call you re this refund, if yiu just phone the call center, they are likely to just tell you what you want to hear but unlikely to follow through with any promised action (as they do with most callers, and especially with sellers)

OP, if you have refunded the buyer just get on the phone to ebay to explain the situation and give them the PayPal Transaction number
for the refund. Ebay just needs proof that you have refunded the buyer. All will end up fine for you.
