what has happened to my descriptions!

I have been trying to open and re-read some of my descriptions, and they have disappeared!

After a query from a potential buyer I wanted to re-read my wording to make sure that I had everything listed, and the page jumps from the original postage costs etc, then goes straight to showing all the feedback and reviews.

Nothing in between (which is all our work of course).

Is there a glitz atm or have I got a problem, anyone else suffering with same?

Could someone have a look for me to see if our description is showing up?

Seems to be mainly on our jewellery, not the cards.

I don't have adblockplus, but I do have adblock, and the same problem is occurring with that. I'm on Edge. When I click on a listing, the description start to flick up but as soon as I start to scroll down it disappears. If I pause adblock, the description in there.

I just experimented and it's the same in Chrome and Firefox 😞

Sales are going to plummet.

I wonder if ebay is aware, and if they  are, whether or not they care.

It just took me over an hour to list 2 items on laptop….pages freezing…. Going to ‘sort’ within my own store ( I want ending soonest) it takes me to one of my items. So, I went to Seller Hub….pages freezing, so no joy…..good luck trying to sell with this mess!

I just turned off second dot of ABP, all normal now🤨

It's still happening today. If buyers don't read here they won't have any idea what to do. Ebay has done something as it happened suddenly. They need to fix it.

I have ABP, but don't seem to have an option to turn off dots. It's all or nothing from what I can see.

Thank You everyone for your help.

I turned off the Two top dots on adblock + and turned them grey and now descriptions are back.

Never had a problem with it before, so very strange. 

Appreciate your help.

I have just paused adblock on ebay as I didn't have the dots either.
