when I list with postage, why does my listing show up with "free post"?

I have just sold 2 lots of greeting cards for babies. They both had postage of $5.50. I did give her combined postage.
But now she says why is there postage when It says free postage. When I look into the listing it says postage of $5.50 But not in My Ebay-  it says postage free. But it wasn't free. This is a major ebay problem. I have contacted ebay, but I don't know how this happened. I have never listed postage free for things that I can post. What else can I do?

I don't see any of your current listings or sold items with free post,they all have postage added.Maybe the buyer was confused.Anyhing in their feedback that looks a bit of a difficult buyer? Or a newbie perhaps?

I see 2 lots of cards sold to the same buyer. Both had $5.50 postage. I noticed that she is currently bidding on 38 different auctions, could she have got you confused with someone else? I also sorted your listings by 'free postage' and there were none.

If she's insistant, ask her to send you a screenshot of where it tells her it's free postage (on a windoze computer Fn-Prt Sc, then open  'paint', ctrl-v to paste the shot in there, and save to preferred location. Not sure how to do a screenshot on a Mac).

Maybe she also thought that $5.50 was expensive to send 20 cards. She might be thinking what it costs to post one card.....forgetting that 20 cards is going to be quite fat and well over the standard postage rate.

Just clutching at straws here... is there a pick up option in your listings?  Did she hit that in checkout?

Does Pick Up appear as an option under the postage and payment tab? It looks like the OP accepts PayPal, Money Order/Bank Cheque, Personal Cheque, C.O.D and Bank Deposit, but I couldn't see anywhere that said pick up was an option in there.

Hopefully it's just a mix up with the buyer.

Was she accessing ebay from her mobile?

Apparently the ebay app is glitchy and shows Free Post when there isn't.

I would hazard a guess that all the members that checked your listings did so from a desktop computer.

I think it's just another ebay glitch. Very annoying, wish they would get it right.

It does appear to be a glitch in eBays mobile app which has been happening for about 2 years, going by stories on the net about this.

Ship free to customer eBay and ask them to credit you for the postage cost?

It may be a glitch that comes and goes. I looked up two of your listings on mobile app and postage is showing.
