when my item says no returns does it mean no returns?

sold an item that to the best of my knowledge was what i said it was'  and in my listing it states no returns so i,m just wondering how the buyer can open a case against me and how can ebay withhold money in my account when i stated no returns in my listing?

No Returns means no returns for change of mind.

If there is something wrong with the item or it is not as described then the buyer is entitled to return the item not matter what the listing states.

Is it the bmx handlebars? If so then surely "mongoose" is a trademark not a style so that could be part of the dispute.

Also your photos are very blurred and I suspect there was possibly rust starting to bubble through the bars in the 3rd photo, if that's the case then the bars are certainly not stainless steel.

If it wasn't the bars then I don't know how to help you.
