Your Paypal will always be empty. eBay don't use Paypal, they use their in-house Managed Payments system. Presumably you have signed up for it. Which the micropayments would tend to support.
If not, I suggest you do so, or you will never see your money. If so, you are probably deemed a new/infrequent seller, in which case your funds will be held for 30 days.

As said, PayPal has not been a thing for over four years, your money will not go there
You question other members where your money is
The question is, why would the 30 day hold on your funds not apply to you the way it does every other new/infrequent seller?
Did you indeed be verified to sell/complete all steps for Managed Payments?

why ask for microdeposits then not deposit into my bank?

If you took the time to read the replies here, you would know the answers to your questions....................

PayPal has not been an option for sellers to get paid for over four years
Why ask other members if you are going to ignore everyone who answers you?
The holds that apply to all new sellers will and do apply to you
As you agreed to when you listed the item

If you are not prepared to accept the answers given by fellow members, why bother coming to member forum. Why not ask Ebay where your money is, maybe their answers will satisfy you.

I'm not a seller, okay, so i don't know all the ins and outs.
But to get your money, you first have to be signed up for managed payments. As others have advised.
It sounds as if you have done that? The microdepostits were probably just for ebay to check the system was working, it doesn't mean the money will be deposited to you immediately.
If you are a relatively new or infrequent seller, ebay holds the money for 30 days.
In that time though, you need to post any goods that you sold. If a buyer has paid ebay, then you need to post asap. You can't hold off for 30 days till you get the money.
I think this next part is correct, but if you are signed up to managed payments, you would have a nominated bank account and you would have to choose how often you wanted money transferred from ebay to that account. One of my friends has it set for daily transfer I think. Others may have it transferred less frequently, but I think you have to set it. I don't think it will go to your paypal account, I would imagine it would go to your nominated bank account.
So if you have things set up correctly, you should probably see your money in your account in about 3 weeks?
