Actually, I can't see any nasty responses from the seller to any of the feedback received.. It might depend on your definition of nasty but they all looked quite polite compared to some I have seen
You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means

Thanks 2106greencat, I have since contacted the buyer again asking for a photo so I can send refund. How many emails do you send before you get the hint that they do not want to reply?

Hi robynd, perhaps you could request the details and phone them, I usually deal with it as it happens so I don't normal have to re-contact the buyer. Sorry can't be more help.

Yes, I totally agree. The buyer should at least have to try to resolve an issue first, before damaging someone's feedback score.
ebay should be on the side of the seller more so than the buyer especially if the seller has been an ebay member for many years and has a good reputation.
Pretty disappointed recently with the negative comments that are uncalled for.

Could not agree more. We had one neg from a complete nutter, who has never been happy with anything he has bought from anyone, and that was 12 months ago.
We have had the worst year of selling this year, and we have been going some 12 years now. Ebay need to do more for the sellers, instead of not wanting to offend the precious buyer. Ebay is not the cheapest, and the fees are on the rise, so a bit of help here would be good.

You could have avoided one of the negs if you had agreed to an exchange.. It wasn't a change of mind, the product was not fit for the purpose as it didn't fit.. They didn't want a refund, just an exchange which you wouldn't have lost any money for anyway

I agree, the buyer should not be able to leave negative feedback, until they can prove that they have given the seller an opportunity to respond, my policy is simple, I dont always get it right but I'm always prepared to do what is right.

hello fox!
thanks for that, i do get a little sensitive about my feedback! i will definately take your advice, i wont use shouty capitals, and yes your right. i will just walk away! or annoy my husband, hes good like that, he just sits there and lets me dribble on, with the occasional "yes dear" thrown in at appropriate intervals!:^O and i have to ask, is that a real fox as your picture? i think theyd make cute little pets!

No way do you want a fox for a pet, they may look cute but they are vermin.
You certainly don't wand a Foxette either, with one of those you spend half a year tied to a stove cooking for said fox and it's cubs, not just cooking either, you have to do a 150klm round trip to put microwaveable containers that only need re-heating in the freezer :^O You spend the other half of the year on the other side of the world being bombarded with emails and phone calls asking when you will be back :^O:^O
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
