why can i not sell my new adult content on ebay

why is it ok for others located in australia to sell adult toys on ebay but when i list them they get deleted both from my personal account and business account 

apparently it violates a rule and unfortunatly since im in australia i am not allowed to list adult content yet others from australia are seems a bit unfair to me

You should click on 'some examples' and 'additional information' and have a read of those.  The difference between your listings and others might be in the wording.

Be careful, though.  Too many policy violations on your account may lead to account suspension.  Then you won't have access to your account at all.  I had a look around at the items you are talking about, and yes, there are lots out there.  One thing did strike me though - I came across a seller with 16035 odd feedbacks!  That would suggest to me that they have been selling this type of item for a long time.  They are from Australia, but I wonder how they  got to that number without having violations on their account every 5 minutes?  Not sure how that works, but if what you say is correct, then it looks like rules for some, rules for others!  Just be aware that  there are malicious people out there that will report your listings for any reason whatsoever.

The fact that the seller is in Australia does not mean much.  Are the goods listed on ebay.au or have they been listed on ebay.com where the rules are different.

well i listed an item and was very careful with the wording and the picture was not pornographic at all it was listed on ebay.com.au as i can only ship items aust wide not worldwide (dropshipping) i even worded my listing the same as what others say nothing mentioning sex toys i used body massager instead this is so unfair that they can even have a ebay store that is directed at sexual content its very frustrating that im trying hard to sell this stuff for an income and doing everything legit with tax and my listing get taken down from very where and others get away with it 😞 im not jelous of them just think its unfair i even read somewhere on their forums that i need aproval to list insexual wellness thats when they told me because im in australia i am not allowed to list these items

Selling worldwide is NOT dropshipping.

Dropshipping is when you take the buyers money & organise for your supplier to post to your buyer-hopefully.

yes i know what dropshipping is what i ment is that is what i do and my dropshipper does not ship worldwide only australia wide and my dropshipper supplier is genuine and actually ships when they say they do  🙂

Because ebay Australia are hypocrites who seem it support over seas sellers than australian. I had the same problem,ebay australia wouldn't let me sell my product even when I reworded it but would let sellers from over seas sell the same thing and use adult sexual words & all ebay australia would ever give me was some BS about code of conduct but yet over seas sellers get around it.
