A couple of days ago I wrote that my sales had stopped since I registered for the new payments system last Saturday.
By Friday morning I was heartily sick of it and knew there was no point in speaking to anyone in customer service.
So what I did was to put my shop in holiday mode for about half the day and let the items slowly de-index/disappear from the system.
Around 4pm I turned off the holiday setting and then carried out the quick "cheat" method of re-indexing items.
You select items, go to edit and then resubmit them WITHOUT making any changes. This gets them back up and viewable immediately.
Well, within 2 hours of doing that I had an order. An hour later, another order. Later that evening, another order.
This morning another order.
Which is pretty much how my shop is under "normal" circumstances.
I will update this thread once I see how the rest of the weekend goes, but I am feeling optimistic.
