why cant I create and print postage labels

i sold an item then went into create label and it did not work but yes i was charged for it. typical;

does anyone know how to fix this problem and i amd using internet explorer.

Did the buyer pay through paypal? Is the post code correct for the suburb and in the right part of the address for creating a label?

You can cancel an eBay label within 7 days.

Maybe that is your best option. or reprint, which you can also do.

You can reprint or cancel eBay labels from the manage post labels option that appears in Selling Manager.

If reprinting, check that the label has generated properly before printing, worth checking f there is a message or option on the page to open in an alternate view.
