why does it take soooooo long to get my fees back after selling an item that was never paid for??

I have sold a bike and the buyer was completely unresponsive  so I esculate to a claim...which takes more than 21 days...since then I have relisted the bike and sold it again .......but ebay still has the dispute open from the sale 3 weeks ago ...lol welcome to ebay...

The fees are so high on ebay as well as paypals cut ....no wonder people are leaving the joint in droves ......its cheaper to run my own website ...... buyers are out of control on ebay and the strike system is a joke no one really cares if they get a strike.....now they stop people sending emails hahahaha just put your phone number in instead or include your email on an attachment .....gumtree has smashed ebay.....ebays gestapo attitude is costing them huge business ......sellers are tired of being treated like the bad guy, ITS THE SELLERS THAT KEEP EBAY GOING NOT THE BUYERS .....I would never recomend anyone to ebay ...what a shame.....
