Maybe eBay have implemented the most financially sensible tools for themselves whilst providing several methods for sellers to protect themselves as well.

Yes indeed - according to this logic it makes no sense that they attempt to try and keep one segment of their most important assets happy ? .

 

and of course there is also the conflict of interest matter (retaing listing fees) best just to ignore that entirely ...

 

No loophole is closed in anycase.  Postive feedback for anyone is very difficult to get removed, eBay policies almost ensure it remains on record  Smiley Happy.
