Hi, I published a buyers guide review a few days ago. Didn't come up on my profile page, so I contacted ebay staff via phone. The lady checked & she could see that there were no guides on my profile page but she could see the guide via 'my guides' via her site system controls. She suggested I copy/paste the guide from the au site to the .com site instead & republish the guide. From the .com site I still couldn't upload a small photo, one attempt of an upload had the spinning cog going round for an hour or more till I cancelled it. Then in the .com community I found a post where many people were having the same issue with not being able to upload photo's. One of the post's responses quoted posting a YouTube video but having to take the 's' out from the end of 'http' link - that worked, so I published the guide on the .com site. Rechecked for guide on site - still nothing. Rechecked this morning, still nothing. Ebay staff lady rang again this morning saying to go to main ebay.com.au front page, scroll down the bottom, on left column at the bottom - click buyers guides. Did that, clicked on write review, re-copy/pasted from .com site back to .au site & republished for 3rd time. Still isn't showing in any of the site buyers guides. I published it in crafts > needlecrafts & yarns > crochet. Still nothing. Clicked 'newest' for guides & it's not there?? So I've now I've had to post a link on my profile page at the top right & also within my few appropriate listings. I keep checking & there's still only 1 view, which is me. Am really hoping ebay technical staff get it sorted coz my profile page still states I have no published reviews/guides though I do have 2 published from both au & .com sites in my 'write a guide' page, yet still unseen on my profile page?? I am giving up until much later today. 3 days of trying to sort this unseen guide & I'm over it. Cheers.
