The 2 step verification is driving me nuts. I have turned on 2 steps verification for other applications like Google, itune, banks and they are simple insert code sent by txt msg. The eBay 2 steps refer to notification sent to mobile device but I have never been able to find that notification. Nothing shows up on any of my devices whether or not eBay is on. Ok, try the email verification route. Except 2 out of 3 times even after confirming on email, nothing happens and I remained locked out. Will usually take me 3-4 attempts before I finally get in. Ok, turn off the 2 step verification. Guess what? You are required to sign in again. And even with a no of times email confirmation, I can’t get in. Aargh!
Can anyone tell me what the “notification sent to mobile device” is?
